All doctors and locums are fully registered with the GMC, are fully insured and appropriately qualified to be practicing in General Practice.

All Doctors are required to abide by Good Medical Practice, guidance provided by the GMC.

All Doctors are required to undergo regular Appraisals, keep up to date, reflect on significant events and Audit their performances.

Our staff are encouraged to have training in Child protection, Palliative care, and BASICs emergency training.

We have policies on the running of the practice including Confdentiality, Probity, Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety, and accessing Medical Records.

We require our staff to be helpful and courteous, and treat patients with dignity at all times.

Very occasionally patients feel that there are things we could have done better. We welcome feedback and suggestions, good or bad.

If you have a complaint about the practice, we would encourage you to discuss this with us .If you would like to make this complaint in writing we will provide you with information to help you make your complaint. Maisie is the complaints officer.

Very rarely and regretably, if patients are rude, deceptive, violent or offensive towards staff, doctors or other patients or the doctor patient relationship has broken down, we reserve the right to remove them from our list.We have a 'ZERO TOLERANCE' policy on Violence and Aggression towards staff.
